PaintPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

The service we provide

PaintPilot generates an exterior painting and pressure-washing quote from photos of your property and public satellite/property records, with a declared margin of error — see the measurement clause below. Painting pricing shown in your proposal is guaranteed as long as the scope of work doesn't change once work begins. Some services (for example roof or fence pressure washing, or brick paver re-sanding or sealing) may need a quick review from our estimator before their pricing is finalized — you'll be notified separately once that's done.

Measurement & adjustment clause

Measurements in this contract were estimated from customer-submitted photos and public property records, with a declared margin of error of approximately 10-20%. If hidden surface conditions are discovered once work begins (for example underlying rot, excessive prior damage, or substrate issues not visible in photos) that require additional materials or labor, PaintPilot will notify the customer before proceeding, and any price adjustment requires the customer's approval.

Payment, deposit & cancellation

A deposit (amount shown at checkout) is required to schedule your project; the remaining balance is due according to the payment plan you choose at checkout. You may cancel at no cost any time before paying your deposit. Once a deposit has been paid to schedule your project, the cancellation and refund terms for your specific project will be set out in your signed project contract.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaintPilot's liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. PaintPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
