Who we are

PaintPilot is a working (marketing) name for a home painting and exterior-services business operating in Florida. This policy describes how we handle the information you share with us when you request a quote through this site.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and property address
• Photos, and optionally video or a short voice recording, of your property
• The services and colors you select for your project
• Your electronic signature, only if and when you sign a project contract with us

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Prepare and price your quote
• Measure your property from your photos and public satellite/property imagery
• Generate a preview of your chosen paint colors on your own photo
• Prepare your contract, scheduling, and payment if you decide to move forward

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do share it with a small number of service providers who help us deliver the quote itself, each only for that purpose:

• Google Gemini — to generate the "see your colors on your house" image preview from your photo and chosen colors
• Groq — to analyze your property photos and to transcribe voice recordings you choose to submit
• Esri and USGS (public map/satellite imagery providers) — to look up your property on satellite maps for measurement
• Stripe — planned for processing payments once online payment goes live; your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through our own systems

How long we keep it

We don't keep quote requests that never turn into a signed project indefinitely. You can also ask us to delete your information and photos at any time — see Contact below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, including the right to know what information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email below.

Cookies

Your quote is identified by a private link, not by tracking cookies. We use only the minimal, essential cookies needed to keep our own staff securely signed in to the admin dashboard — no advertising or tracking cookies.
